The Redgate standard
No vague scope.
No mystery handoff.
Written before arrival. The accepted scope controls the visit. A material change stops for customer review.
Matched to the work. Dispatch is limited to a worker whose current skills, territory, schedule, equipment, and safety status fit the job.
Documented at completion. The customer receives the accepted scope, proof record, payment receipt, and any follow-up items.
Bounded routine work. The complete undertaking, including labor, materials, and fees, is capped at $950. Redgate is not licensed by the Contractors State License Board; this service uses no employee labor, includes no permit-required or licensed-trade work, and cannot split a larger project to fit the cap. Each construction-like task uses a separate written work order.

Can I request a coming-soon service?
No. Coming soon is a view of what Redgate is building, not a waitlist, quote, or promise of availability.
What if the job is different on arrival?
Work pauses. Redgate documents the difference and asks you to accept a revised written scope before continuing.
When is standard work charged?
After completion proof is submitted and independently accepted under the service terms shown with your quote.
How do monthly plans renew?
Monthly care is month to month. Cancel before the next billing cycle to stop the next renewal; completed visits and separately approved work remain payable under the accepted terms.
Where will Redgate work?
Each available service shows its admitted geography. A planned service area is not a promise that every address is covered.
