If your list includes any of these, we say no to that item in writing. We do not add a fee to take it on.
How it works
From email to photos

The property address, the tasks, and two or three windows that work for you (Mon–Sat, 9–5).
- Step 2We reply in writing
We accept, decline, or ask a question. The visit is booked only when you have our written acceptance.
- Step 3Total confirmed
If materials, a permitted extra, or approved travel apply, we send a revised written total before any work.
- Step 4Visit and photos
Up to two hours on site on the agreed tasks, then dated completion photos.

Red Gate Ranch and Home Services is not a licensed contractor. We do not pull permits, we have no employees, and we do not split a project into smaller jobs to get around licensing rules.
When California's minor-work exemption applies, the total cost of a project, labor and materials together, stays strictly under the state's $1,000 limit for unlicensed work. Work that needs a license or a permit is declined.
FAQ
How do I request a visit?
Email support@redgateranchandhome.com or call 760-450-5496 with the property address, the tasks, and two or three windows (Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5). We reply in writing. Nothing is booked until you have our written acceptance.
Can you come today?
We cannot promise same-day visits or a particular window. You request windows, and we confirm one in writing if the route has room.
What if my list will not fit in two hours?
The visit covers up to two hours on site. If your list looks longer than that, we tell you when we reply, and either trim the list with you or send a revised written total before any work. We do not run over and bill you afterward.
What costs extra?
Only things you approve in writing first: materials, permitted extras, or travel outside the core route. Each one goes into a revised written total before work starts.
Where do you work?
The core route is Temecula and Temecula wine country. Other areas are quoted individually. Send the address and we will tell you in writing.
What do you not do?
Hauling, disposal, hazardous materials, heavy lifts, ladder work, and anything that needs a license or permit. We decline those items rather than charge extra for them.
How do I pay?
Payment details are in your written acceptance. There is no checkout or card form on this site.
Do you offer anything ongoing?
For owners who want a regular check, a Monthly Parcel Record ($499/month: one monthly visit, a dated photo, and a written note on what changed) is available after we talk about fit. Most people start with a single visit.
