Redgate's legal operating identity is still under review. Requests and checkout remain closed until the legal operator is verified.

The service area

Reviewed service area — Zone A: Temecula Wine Country, De Luz, La Cresta, Tenaja; Zone B: Fallbrook, Bonsall; Zone C: Valley Center, Ramona, Pauma. De Luz, Pauma, boundary, and unmapped addresses require manual review. Published prices include travel. Zone D is not open. No location is served until the exact offer's reviewed geography and current calendar evidence are open. A quote covers only its written scope.

Quotes and approval

You send photos and a short description. We review them and send a written price for the stated property work. Work starts after you accept that price and we confirm a visit window.

The visit

The worker does the work in the photos and the written scope. If the site is different, they stop and we confirm a revised scope before continuing. We take before and after photos. A separate reviewer checks that proof before we send an invoice.

Payment

Standard work is charged after the completion photos are independently reviewed and accepted by independent QA. Cards are processed by Stripe; Redgate does not store the full card number.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms remain closed until the complete five-offer manifest is reviewed and eligible. The exact accepted quote or subscription terms will control.
