Redgate's legal operating identity is still under review. Customer intake remains closed until the legal operator is verified.

What we collect

When you request work we take the name, email, phone, and property address you give us, the photos you upload, and the notes about the job. If you pay, Stripe handles the card. We receive a payment result and a receipt snapshot. We do not store your full card number.

How we use it

We use that information to quote the job, schedule a visit, send a worker, review the proof photos, and take payment. We do not sell it. If you arrived through an advertisement, we may keep the campaign and click reference with the request so we can measure whether the ad led to legitimate, completed work. We do not use job photos for advertising.

Where it lives

Job records live on servers we operate. Card data stays with Stripe.

How long we keep it

Job photos and contact details stay with the job record so we can finish the work and answer questions later. You can email us and ask us to delete a request that has not been scheduled. Closed jobs may be kept for bookkeeping and for any dispute about the work.
